Detox Results

And the results are [finally] in


dun dun dunnnn......


Two weeks out and I'm finally doing the results. *shameful*. These past weeks have been entirely too long. I'm baaaack tho lol. Did a vegetable diet for 8 days. Only vegetables, water, and green tea. Nothing else. 
I don't know if it was psychological, but after completing the whole diet I felt much lighter. Like my stomach and guts felt like the had way less gunk in them and my colon felt like it had less pressure on it. I lost mad inches, yo. I saw reduction in my stomach and in my arms. My skin looked radiant and glowing. 
One bad thing I noticed was the loss of muscle mass in my arms. They just look more flabby =(
As I said before, I'm not sure if this is all psychological-as far as the emotions, but the weight loss was real. I would recommend this to anyone who needs to hit the reset button in lives or diets or whatever. I've kept up my healthy eating habits-although I'm relapsing to sweets-so I haven't had any weight gain.
 I'd say I lost about five inches total. I'm not sure about the specific number of pounds since I absolutely opposed to scales. Judging by my clothes (blazers and bottoms) I know about the weight loss...
Feels great so far! gotta be looking HAUTE for those birthday pics, ya know! lol
